Refund policy

VELQUORES LLC provides professional digital marketing services rather than physical goods. This policy explains our approach to payments, cancellations, and refunds.

1. Service Agreements

All marketing services are provided under a signed service agreement or accepted proposal, which outlines the scope of work, fees, and payment schedule.

2. Deposits & Setup Fees

Deposits, onboarding fees, or setup fees paid at the start of an engagement are non-refundable, as they cover strategy development, account setup, and initial resource allocation.

3. Ongoing Services

For ongoing monthly services (e.g., SEO, PPC management, social media management), fees already paid for a billing period are non-refundable once work has begun for that period.

4. Cancellations

Either party may cancel an ongoing service agreement with written notice as specified in the applicable service agreement (typically 30 days). Work completed and expenses incurred up to the cancellation date remain payable.

5. Third-Party Ad Spend

Amounts paid directly to third-party advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) on behalf of the client are non-refundable through VELQUORES LLC, as these funds are managed by the respective platform.

6. Exceptions

Refund requests outside the scope of this policy will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of VELQUORES LLC.
